This lightweight pan is easy to handle and cleaning it is a piece of cake. Thanks to the unique Radiant® base, your pan remains stable and in perfect contact with any hob, including induction. The heat is evenly distributed. Changing the heat setting on the hob? The pan reacts super-fast.
